Renee started us off with one listing in 2016. The goal was to generate a passive income stream to complement the not-so-passive restaurant hustle. We simply didn't have the bandwidth to take on more. Over time, we added another vacation rental (and another restaurant). Business got bigger, but the work got smaller.
Now we work with budding vacation rental owners. Because caring is sharing (our wisdom and expertise).
